§ 7.16.020. Vicious animals—Ownership unlawful.

It shall be unlawful for:
(A)

Any person to knowingly possess, house, shelter, quarter, own or in any other way have under his control, or to transfer ownership of, a vicious or dangerous animal within the City, except as provided in this Chapter; or

(B)

The owner, or any person having possession, custody or control, of a dangerous or vicious animal to permit the animal to be at large.
